Our leadership course is based on three (3) key areas:  building identity, encouraging self-confidence, and developing leadership skills. Through a series of instructor-led lessons and workshop,  these aspiring leader will also learn life skills that will help them to thrive and succeed at school and beyond, and provide them with the tools to become true influencer in their communities. Students will also enjoy cultural outings and site visits to the office or business of  successful women in positions of leadership.  For more information, read about program HEREor send us an email to ywla@guyanesegirlsrock.org.

We need to move beyond the idea that girls can be leaders and create the expectation that they should be leaders.
