Technology Award

The Guyanese Girls Rock Technology Award recognizes college-bound young women for their technology-related interests, accomplishments, community involvement, and for their aspirations in  technology-related fields.  Successful applicants will be awarded a new laptop computer.

PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS

Applicant must be a female high-school student, entering college at the associate or undergraduate level who is:
• Guyanese Heritage
• A student with a 3.0 GPA or better
•  Accepted to a 2 or 4-year college program
• Has proven interest or was accepted to a IT related program
• Possess the determination and drive to be successful.
