WHAT WE DO

Guyanese Girls Rock Foundation empowers the next generation of Guyanese female leaders to create their own paths to success. For eight years, we’ve been cultivating confidence, preserving cultural heritage, and opening doors to opportunity for girls across the United States and Guyana.

Through our signature Young Women’s Leadership Academy, scholarships, workshops, and community collaborations, we transform potential into power. We honor exceptional role models from the Guyanese community while ensuring today’s girls know: You are more than enough, you were born to rock!

GGRF is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded on the belief that when Guyanese girls lead with pride in their heritage, they change their families, their communities, and the world.”

To empower Guyanese girls to become confident leaders rooted in their heritage and proud of their culture. We equip them with mentorship, resources, and community to pursue their dreams and rock the world.

MAKE A DONATION

When you give to Guyanese Girls Rock Foundation, Inc., you are supporting young women of Guyanese heritage to be equipped with tools that are necessary to be successful in college. Your donation will help us to fund our scholarships that award these deserving young women with financial support and new laptop computers.
BECOME A SPONSOR

To support our programs and scholarships, Guyanese Girls Rock will host fundraising events that are available for corporate sponsorship, including our Scholarship Luncheon. Sponsorship opportunities for each event meet the requirements of corporate philanthropy and we welcome the opportunity to partner with businesses in our mission to empower girls to become the future leaders of our communities.
