Sachia Vickery was born to Guyanese Parents and lives and train in Florida. She also  trained with USTA and Mouratoglou Academy in France. Sashia comes from a family full of athletes.Her father was professional soccer player and her mother, Paula Liverpool, ran track in high school.  Her brother plays football at South Carolina State (defensive back).

Sachia long-term goal is to win a Grand Slam and be the best player she can be. She’s scheduled to compete against Ekaterina Makarova of Russia on Monday 29th June 2015 at 10:00. To learn more about Sachia check out her GGR feature here.
