Jihan Ramroop has been writing ever since her first book was made in the first grade (it was about dogs). She has gone on to write for publications such as The Verdict, Cardozo High School's newspaper, and The Excelsior, Brooklyn College's weekly newspaper. She initially wrote this story for the Guyana Times International, because she loves stories about inspiring people.
